Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! by Collingwood O'Hare has won the Best Pre-school Animation and Best Original Writing awards at the 2004 Children's BAFTAs.
26th November 2004 - Final Solution wins at Espinho
Intolerance III - The Final Solution by Phil Mulloy won the Prize Of the Town Espinho and the Prize for Best in Category at Cinanima 2004 in Espinho, Portugal.
25th November 2004 - CelAction2D films at I Castelli Animati
Intolerance III - The Final Solution by Phil Mulloy is in the International Competition at the I Castelli Animati film festival 2004. Circuit Marine by Isabelle Favez and Winter Days featuring Mark Baker will also be shown.
24th November 2004 - Final Solution wins at Horror and Fantasy Festival

5th November 2004 - 2DTV begins fifth series
A brand new series of 2DTV, the topical animated sketch show, will be broadcast from 8th November 2004 on ITV1 at 11.00pm. It will run for 6 half-hour episodes.

Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! - "The Traveller" by Collingwood O'Hare Entertainment got 2nd Prize in the Children's Jury - Animated Television Production at the Chicago Children's Film Festival.
1st November 2004 - New 2DTV DVD available
The best of the fourth series of 2DTV is being released today on DVD.
29th October 2004 - CelAction2D shows nominated for 3 BAFTAS
Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! by Collingwood O'Hare and Peppa Pig by Astley Baker Davies have been nominated in the Pre-school category of the children's BAFTAs. This is a milestone because all the 2D productions in this category have been made using our software. In addition, Tony Collingwood has been nominated for Best Writer for Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! too.

24th May 2004 - CelAction will be at Annecy
CelAction will be represented at the Annecy Film Festival from 7th-12th June 2004. However, this year we are not taking a stand at MIFA. This is due to the fact that the MIFA dates have been brought forward to the beginning of the week (7-10 June), and our preliminary research has shown that most of the people who want to meet us will be arriving only from the 10th June (for the festival) and will not be visiting MIFA.
We still remain committed to supporting MIFA, but we do hope that next year the organisers will return the MIFA dates to their original days to be more in line with what our customers require.
We will be meeting people and demonstrating our software in Annecy for the whole week. Please e-mail us to organise a meeting.

CNEX, the Welsh animated satire animated in part by Cinetig, has been nominated for the Best Entertainment prize at the 2004 Celtic Film and Television Festival, and for Best Graphics at the Welsh Baftas 2004.

22nd March 2004 - New CelAction2D series announced from Steve Coogan's production company
I Am Not An Animal by Baby Cow Animation is a 6 x 30' series made completely in CelAction2D, featuring a group of talking animals who escape from a laboratory. This dark comedy will be shown on BBC2.

17th March 2004 - CelAction supports British Animation Awards
CelAction is proud to support the 2004 British Animation Awards, by being one of the Sponsors of the event, which is held at London's Shaw Theatre on Friday. In addition, CelAction's Creative Director Andy Blazdell was one of the Jury members for the Best Animated Commercial: Director, Best Animated Commercial: Craft and Best Film/TV Graphics awards.

The entire third series of 2DTV is being released on 15th March 2004, on both DVD and VHS.

9th March 2004 - New Phil Mulloy film completed using CelAction2D
The third part of the Intolerance trilogy, The Final Solution, by Phil Mulloy has been completed. This 22-minute film was produced by Studio FilmBilder in Germany.
8th March 2004 - Temps De Cuisine gets award at Valenciennes!
Temps De Cuisine by Grégory Duroy received the Coups De Coeur SACEM Pour La Réalisation at e.magicien 2003.
5th March 2004 - Yoko! Toto! Jakamoko! broadcast dates
The second 26 episodes of Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! by Collingwood O'Hare Entertainment will be shown on ITV1 every weekday from Monday April 26th. The provisional time is 3.15pm, but check your TV guides nearer the time as broadcast times are subject to change.
3rd March 2004 - 2DTV begins 4th series
2DTV, the topical animated sketch show, will be broadcast from 7th March 2004 on ITV1, with repeats on ITV2. It will run for 6 half-hour episodes. A new series is also planned for the autumn.
23rd February 2004 - Peppa Pig gets transmission date and international sales
Peppa Pig, the 52x5 series by AstleyBakerDavies, will be broadcast from 31st May 2004 on Channel 5 in the UK. It has been extremely successful internationally, with deals in Australia, France, New Zealand, Norway, Korea and Sweden.
20th February 2004 - BAA finalists announced
Two productions made with the help of CelAction2D are finalists in the 2004 British Animation Awards - Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! is up for the Writers Award and Monkey Dust is up for the Writers Award and Best Comedy.
14th February 2004 - Circuit Marine wins prize at Berlin!
Circuit Marine received a Special Mention at the Berlin International Film Festival 2004 in Germany. It was screened as part of the Kinderfilmfest section.
